Afghanistan is fully committed to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of the People’s Republic of China and supports recent measures of the Chinese government for combating acts of terrorism and separatism. 

As a friendly neighbor of the Peoples Republic of China, Afghanistan supports stability, development and prosperity in that country and expresses its desire to strengthen the existing friendly relations on the basis of mutual respect and cooperation.
